The coaching relationship is a conversation between you and a coach. It provides you with a space for self-reflection, helping you to gain clarity on your goals, values and beliefs. The coach will guide you using a proven model to enable you to reach a specific goal and set up an action plan of how to achieve it. The coach will support you to stay accountable to your objectives helping you to gain a sense of accomplishment and boost your confidence. The coach through questioning with permission will challenge you to move out of your comfort zone and to question your values and beliefs. Through coaching you will learn to replace negative thought patterns with empowering ones. Developing a positive mindset to help you to move forward.

The sessions follow a 6 part process:
1. Review the actions from the previous session
2. Discuss your overall goal and stepping stones that you could take to move towards your goal
3. Discuss where you are now and the reasons
4. Consider all ideas and options and challenge your current way of thinking
5. Shape the way forward and set up an action plan
6. Conclusion from the session
